Meet the Founder

Jason Quiara | Founder & CEO

Your strategic partner has been where you are.

As a former Senior Program Officer at The Joyce Foundation, Jason managed over $60M in grants and guided the launch of the Chicago Roadmap. He has led national initiatives at Jobs for the Future and served as Chief Strategy & Partnerships Officer at ConnectED. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a master's in education policy from Harvard University, and a bachelor's from Boston College.

But credentials alone don't make a great advisor. What sets Jason apart is his conviction that the social sector's most important leaders—especially leaders of color—deserve a strategic partner who understands their experiences in the sector. This conviction is the foundation of everything ClearImpact Advisors does.

Jason serves on the Chicago State University Board of Trustees and as the Board Chair for New Moms.
